Our first client was pulling 178 SPINS reports by hand every week because they didn’t want to upgrade their API package. We wrote them a script that pulls all 178 in minutes and loads the data straight into Stell. Nobody asked us to. We just saw the hours their analyst was losing and fixed it.

Workflow replacement

The same client was forecasting retailer demand in a shared Google Sheet, with four people typing numbers into cells and arguing over the totals.
